Exhibitor Application 

We are excited to present Read Freely Fest taking place from March 28 to March 30 at Richland Library Main. We are currently accepting applications for the Exhibitor Hall, welcoming a diverse range of participants.  

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in all three days of the festival, excluding organizations targeting children and families, which will be featured on Saturday and Sunday only. Each exhibitor will receive a 6-ft table along with two chairs. Please mention any additional space requirements in your application form. 

Applications are due by January 15, 2025 to be included in festival promotional materials.

    • Booksellers

    • Library Resource Companies

    • Artisans specializing in bookish-themed, handmade crafts

    • Non-profits and organizations targeting book lovers, readers, writers, literacy and intellectual freedom

    Vendors must agree to hold any required licenses or permits.

  • All festival events will take place at Richland Library Main: 1431 Assembly Street, Columbia SC, 29201. Exhibitors will set up their booths inside on the 1st level of the library for the entirety of the festival. Spaces for each exhibitor will be approximately 4’x6’.  

    • Exhibitor load-in: Friday, March 28th between 2:00pm – 6:00pm

    • Friday, March 28 from 7:00pm – 11:00pm

      • Adult-only, after-hours library event

    • Saturday, March 29 from 9:00am – 6:00pm

    • Sunday, March 30 from 10:00am – 4:00pm

      • Exhibitor load-out between: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

  • A $250 exhibitor fee per table provides access to all three days of the festival. Exhibitors with programs and/or products targeting young readers and families will be featured on Saturday and Sunday only.
